Certified used smartphones
Accessories (when applicable)
Product descriptions and images aim to be accurate; however, slight variations may occur.
All devices are sold with:
Official invoice
IMEI registration
Applicable warranty (see section below)
3. Warranty Policy
New Devices
All new devices include manufacturer warranty, valid for 24 months, unless specified otherwise by the brand.
Used / Refurbished Devices
Used devices include Store Warranty of 3 to 12 months depending on model and condition, covering:
Hardware defects
Manufacturing faults
Battery degradation due to normal use is not covered unless explicitly stated.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
Physical damage
Liquid damage
Unauthorized repairs
Software modifications
iCloud / Google / Samsung account locks
Damage caused by misuse or negligence
IMEI must match the invoice for all warranty claims.
4. Device Activation Requirements
Before returning or exchanging a device, the customer must:
Remove all passwords
Remove Screen Lock
Remove Apple ID / iCloud
Remove Samsung / Google Accounts
Disable Find My Device
Reset device to factory settings
Failure to comply may result in denial of the return or refund request.
5. Return Policy (14 Days)
Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery or pickup, provided the device is:
Unused
In perfect condition
In original packaging
With all accessories included
IMEI matching the invoice
Opened or activated devices may not be eligible for return due to the nature of electronic goods and hygiene/security standards.
This policy does not affect statutory consumer rights under Portuguese law.
6. Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) Policy
If a device arrives defective, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
Video proof showing unboxing
Details of the defect
IMEI clearly visible
Upon verification, we will repair, replace, or refund in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
7. Shipping & Delivery
In-store Pickup
Available immediately after payment confirmation.
Home Delivery
Lisbon: 24–48 hours
Portugal mainland: 2–5 business days
Tracking number provided
Signature required for devices above €800
Orders paid through installment services (e.g., Klarna) are shipped only after payment approval confirmation.
8. Klarna Payment Terms
When choosing Klarna as a payment method, you agree to Klarna’s Payment Terms:
“Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and as described in Klarna’s Privacy Policy.”
Klarna may perform a soft credit check to approve installment payments.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Customer negligence
Losses caused by misuse
Software issues caused by third-party applications
Data loss not backed up by the customer
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product, except where otherwise required by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
Consumers may also use alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available under Portuguese law.
